Core ServiceAerial Drone Photography
High-resolution photos that show an Oracle parcel's oaks, grass, grade, and the mountain or valley view it actually has.

Oracle is an unincorporated community in Pinal County on the north side of the Santa Catalina Mountains, high enough that oak, juniper, and grassland replace the saguaro flats of Tucson. Oracle State Park and the Kannally Ranch occupy the foothill above town, and Biosphere 2 sits about five miles southwest on Highway 77.
Oracle Land Listings
Oracle's elevation, around 4,500 feet, is the fact buyers notice. Parcels can look across oak grassland toward the San Pedro River valley or back into the Catalinas, with Mount Lemmon on the far side of the range. The town's history is ranching and mining. Listings here need photos that show grass, oaks, and grade, not another creosote lot.

Where We Shoot
Oracle is a small census place with a lot of open country around it. The park, the highway, and the ranch land are the map.
Private land near the 4,000-acre park in the Catalina foothills, with the historic Kannally Ranch and a stretch of the Arizona Trail inside the park boundary.
The Oracle Road corridor southwest of town, where Biosphere 2 sits between Oracle and Catalina.
Sloped parcels on the north side of the Santa Catalinas, looking up at the range rather than at the Tucson basin.
Higher ground with a long look east toward the San Pedro River valley.
Larger acreage around town, a reminder that Oracle grew up as ranch and mining country.
