Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AZ Land Media website ("Site") or booking our photography services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Services

AZ Land Media provides aerial drone photography, ground photography, video, virtual staging, and related media services for real estate and land listings. All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 regulations and applicable local laws.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed once a date and scope are agreed in writing.
• Shoots may be rescheduled at no cost due to unsafe weather or airspace restrictions.
• Client cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a fee equal to the trip charge.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon delivery of the final media unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur reasonable interest charges. Final files are released after payment is received.

5. Deliverables & Turnaround

Standard delivery is within 24 to 48 hours of the shoot, weather and project scope permitting. Files are delivered digitally via a download link. Raw, unedited files are not included unless specifically purchased.

6. Licensing & Usage

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific listing or property covered by the shoot. AZ Land Media retains copyright and may use the media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Property Access & Safety

The client is responsible for confirming that AZ Land Media has lawful access to the property and surrounding airspace. We reserve the right to halt any shoot we determine to be unsafe or non-compliant with regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

AZ Land Media's total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific shoot in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Virtual Staging Disclosure

Virtually staged images are digitally rendered and must be clearly disclosed as such in any listing or marketing material, in accordance with MLS and local regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
